As an investor with multiple properties across Canada, it is often not easy to get financing, especially when parts of my income come from overseas. Many mortgage brokers even have declined to take me on, as they see me as a difficult case yielding limited results. Other brokers, I have found, put in only half-hearted efforts, sending my applications straight to private lenders instead of shopping around for the best rates first.

Alex put in an honest effort to find me the best rates. He was successful in helping me refinance two of my properties when I had been getting declines for years on them. He is professional and replies to all e-mails often within minutes.
